Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency, presentation, and flavor
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs

Skills




Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Robust understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Knowledge of serving standards and meal presentation techniques
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and basic culinary techniques
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
