Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and drink orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in preparing simple cocktails and drinks as needed, following bartending best practices
Ensure timely delivery of orders, coordinate with kitchen staff,
and manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments with solid customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory counts
Experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
Robust communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
