Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments, giving change, and balancing registers at shift end
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following food handling and safety standards
Engage with guests to promote menu items,



answer questions about ingredients or drink options, and foster a welcoming atmosphere
Assist in opening or closing procedures as needed, including restocking supplies and completing relevant shift reports

Requirements
Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably as a server or bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and ability to handle multiple tables or drink orders simultaneously
Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing calculations, and inventory management
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Previous experience with food industry operations, serving techniques, bartending responsibilities, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
