We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management software.
Manage patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.




Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Collaborate with clinical orthodontic staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a medical or dental office preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and clerical tasks
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Knowledge of dental and orthodontic procedures and terminology is a plus, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
