Job Responsibility:

Duties
Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
Conduct inspections and identify any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.

-Experience with maintaining swimming pool under Public Health Regulations.
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.




Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Solid leadership and supervisory skills.
