Compensation
Earn $15/hour during your first 30 days of paid training. After training, you'll transition to our base hourly wage plus uncapped commission compensation plan. Sales Partners who consistently meet or exceed sales goals typically earn $25–$30+/hour in total compensation (base pay + commission), with many earning $50,000+ in their first year.

Position Requirements

18 years of age or older

Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is required for this position. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with and provide exceptional service to customers in both languages.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your schedule will be provided at least four weeks in advance to help you plan ahead.

Proven ability to build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that deliver an exceptional experience.
