Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers

Present product or service information clearly and persuasively

Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments

Record call outcomes and update contact records

Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets

Handle objections professionally and follow scripts as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

0-1 year of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable with repetitive phone-based work

Resilient and goal-oriented

Basic computer skills for call tracking systems
