Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor design staff on project work
• Prepare project proposals and business development materials
• Ensure adherence to EXP’s engineering quality standards
• Oversee execution of complex electrical designs
• Evaluate value engineering items for risk analysis

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Registered Professional Engineer required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• REVIT MEP knowledge preferred
