We seek a skilled Spray Painter/Sander with a minimum of three years of experience in furniture manufacturing or similar fields. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, applying finishes, and ensuring high-quality results. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail and proficiency with HVLP spray guns and sanding tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare wood and furniture components for finishing
• Apply stains, paints, and transparent coats using HVLP spray guns
• Perform detailed sanding and touch-ups for quality assurance




• Mix and prepare finishing materials to specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work station adhering to standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of spray painting and sanding experience
• Proficiency with HVLP spray guns and power sanders
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in color and stain matching is a plus
