As a Maintenance Associate at AEO, you will play a crucial role in keeping our distribution center safe and effective. This position requires your expertise in technical maintenance and service functions across a variety of equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems
• Diagnose and repair conveyor and lift equipment




• Conduct electrical diagnosis and repairs as needed
• Maintain facility and general construction support
• Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure cleanliness

Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent
• 2 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with conveyor repairs and mechanical trades
• Strong communication skills for teamwork
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
