As the Branch Operations & Support Lead, you will oversee daily cash management while providing leadership to Financial Services Representatives (FSRs) at both the Powell River and Texada branches. Your mission is to ensure top-notch member service, enforce operational excellence, and maintain compliance with regulations. You'll foster a collaborative atmosphere and help grow the FSR team’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and support to the FSR team
• Manage staffing requirements, including hiring and training
• Order and manage cash levels for both branches




• Troubleshoot Cash Recycling Units and ATMs
• Resolve member issues promptly and satisfactorily

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma required
• Four years’ experience in financial services
• Robust knowledge of financial products and services
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication
• Proven ability in problem-solving and time management
