Transportation Investment Corporation (TI Corp) is seeking a Commercial and Contracts Manager to support development, management, and execution of the commercial workplans and administer the Project Agreement between the Owner and the Project Contractor.
You will lead day-to-day administration of commercial terms, provide SME input on PA implications, oversee payment applications, change management, and claims, and coordinate with legal counsel as needed to ensure project success.
