The Operations Supervisor manages the boutique's day-to-day non-selling functions in collaboration with Boutique Management. The role oversees key operational areas and supports management across boutique operations as needed.
Responsibilities Supervise shipping and receiving, after-sales service, inventory control, loss prevention, and point-of-sale functions.
Oversee facilities maintenance and assist with managing all areas of boutique operations.
Requirements At least 3 years of retail stock associate experience, with an operations background.
Availability to work a full-time schedule with diverse hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and perform the role's physical duties.
Willingness to follow company policies and standards and travel as needed.
