On behalf of our Calgary client, an established importer and distributor serving the construction and interior design industries, we’re delighted to be leading a search for an Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team.

Outside Sales Representative

This is an exciting chance for someone who has built strong product and customer knowledge in an order desk, warehouse or similar role and is ready to take the next step into sales.

In this role, approximately 60% of your time will be focused on growing existing accounts, while the other 40% will be spent developing new business within the Calgary market. You’ll build relationships, identify opportunities, stay connected with customers and grow the business through your own efforts.

You’ll have a base salary, uncapped commission with a first-year commission guarantee, and a car allowance. Your earning potential will grow with your success,



while you receive the support and opportunity to develop your sales skills and build a career.

We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, driven to earn based on performance and confident working independently. You’ll need excellent time-management and follow-up skills, along with robust written and verbal communication. You’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships and finding ways to help customers.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
