Become a Heavy Equipment Technician at the journey level in Calgary, Alberta, and earn $46 an hour plus shift premiums. This full time role is key to maintaining our fleet's performance.

In this position, your responsibilities will include servicing equipment and diagnosing various mechanical issues. You will carry out repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and provide guidance to apprentices in adherence to safety protocols.

Collaboration with the maintenance team will help enhance equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance inspections thoroughly
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical concerns efficiently
Meet standard repair timelines for assigned tasks




Engage in training to remain current with current technologies
Maintain a secure and clean workspace in accordance with health standards

Requirements:
Licensed mechanic with CVIP and solid shop practice knowledge
Required to have personal tools for operations
Skilled in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical problems
Motivated to meet and exceed company standards
Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
