Responsibilities
Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that align with curriculum standards, emphasizing core subjects such as math and early childhood education
Foster a nurturing classroom workplace that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among students
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning needs
Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to organize materials, track attendance, and communicate with students and parents effectively
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special education requirements
Maintain accurate records of lesson plans,



student assessments, and classroom activities
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications
Proven experience working with children in educational or tutoring settings, preferably with classroom experience in early childhood education or similar settings
Strong knowledge of math instruction and teaching methodologies suitable for young learners
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and engage students actively
Ability to proofread and review educational materials for accuracy and clarity
Familiarity with LMS platforms for managing coursework and student information
Experience supporting students with special education needs is highly desirable
Demonstrated passion for teaching, patience, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 12.0 per week
