At Orillia Chevrolet Buick GMC, we believe great customer service starts long before a customer arrives at the dealership. We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to be the friendly voice our customers hear first.

You’ll help keep our service department running like a well-oiled machine by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and making sure every customer feels valued from their very first interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

Answer incoming service calls with energy and professionalism.

Schedule service appointments that keep our shop operating efficiently.

Educate customers on recommended maintenance and manufacturer service intervals.

Respond to emails, texts, and online appointment requests.

Reach out to customers who are due for service and help them get back on the schedule.

Turn every customer interaction into an exceptional experience.

Work closely with Service Advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Keep customer information accurate and up to date.

Help create loyal customers who can’t wait to come back.





We’re Looking For Someone Who

Loves helping people and building relationships.

Stays calm and organized when things get busy.

Enjoys working with technology and learning new systems.

Pays attention to the little details.

Has previous customer service experience (automotive experience is a bonus, but we’ll train the right person).

Experience with CDK, DealerMine, or other dealership software is an asset.
