The Equestrian Operations Support Staff position requires a reliability-driven individual with experience in equine care. You will ensure the wellbeing of our horses and maintain a secure environment at the Shirley Burr Equestrian Centre. Your role will also involve actively contributing to the Rider Development and Equine-Facilitated Wellness programs, making this a dynamic and engaging position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily care: feeding, watering, and stall cleaning
• Handle horses safely between various areas and programs
• Groom, tack, and prepare horses for activities




• Monitor horse health and assist with medications
• Support coaches with program delivery and clean-up

Requirements:
• Experience with equine environments; 30+ horses preferred
• Strong horse-handling skills and safety knowledge
• Understanding of equine health and behavior
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Valid BC Driver's Licence and legal entitlement to work in Canada
