As a Health Care Aide, you will work under the direction of the RN/LPN Supervisor to provide holistic care tailored to each Resident’s needs. Engage directly with Residents, their families, and a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive workplace. Your role will help enhance the social and physical well-being of our Residents through dedicated assistance and empathetic communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized care per Resident’s individual care plan
• Build therapeutic relationships with Residents and families




• Administer medications in accordance with prescribed policies
• Assist with daily living activities like bathing and mobility
• Document all care provided in Resident charts

Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Current registration with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
• Valid Criminal Record Check
• Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
