Swatch is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Etobicoke, Ontario to lead a sales-driven team and ensure excellent service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure policy compliance. Starting base pay is CAD 44,000–CAD 48,000 plus a monthly performance bonus.
This full-time role requires 40 hours per week with openings/closings and weekend availability; perks include health coverage, RRSP with company match, and employee discounts.
