Become part of the Monarch House team as a part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Langley, BC. Support patient goals for school-aged children through effective therapy sessions and cooperative care.

In this role, you will assist Speech Language Pathologists in implementing treatment plans and maintaining patient progress. You'll primarily work with school-aged children while documenting treatment sessions and contributing to the therapy environment. Regular supervision and collaboration with the SLP will ensure compliance with treatment objectives and enhance patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement SLP treatment plans for patient sessions
• Document patient behaviors and progress notes
• Develop intervention materials when necessary




• Maintain confidential patient information throughout care
• Collaborate to enhance patient and stakeholder experiences

Requirements:
• Secondary courses in linguistics or language development
• Post Graduate Certificate in Communicative Disorders preferred
• 1 to 2 years of community experience is an asset
• Experience with virtual care is beneficial
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional boundaries
