We are seeking an experienced Foreperson to oversee skilled crews delivering cutting-edge housing and community projects. You will coordinate installations, enforce safety measures, and guide your team through daily tasks to ensure successful project execution. Expect dynamic days filled with leadership, practical carpentry, and a commitment to quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct crew activities and subcontractors daily
• Plan and assign work while coordinating with management
• Oversee prefabricated panel installation and alignment




• Ensure safety compliance and monitor workmanship
• Conduct daily reports and track material usage

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of carpentry or construction experience
• Proven skills in framing and layout processes
• Experience with prefab construction is preferred
• Certifications in Fall Protection or First Aid are assets
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
