Intact is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on real estate project costs, budget development, and variance analysis. This role requires solid analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to create executive dashboards. You will partner closely with the finance and accounting teams, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Track and reconcile real estate project costs against budgets
• Develop business cases with ROI and NPV calculations




• Partner with Finance on annual budgets and forecasts
• Create dashboards and KPIs for executive oversight
• Ensure proper capitalizations and vendor payments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with Power BI preferred
