In this permanent and union position, you will work under the Manager of Engagement in the Communications and Engagement Division. Your responsibilities will include supporting stakeholder engagement activities, gathering valuable analytics, and developing improved communication practices. Collaborate with internal teams while managing essential websites and social media updates to enhance the Board's visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support stakeholder engagement through event coordination
• Gather analytics to identify communication gaps
• Prepare reports to enhance existing practices




• Update and manage social media channels
• Collaborate to share information on communication issues
Requirements:
• University degree in Communications or a related field
• 2+ years in digital communications and stakeholder engagement
• 4+ years in a consumer-facing role or public relations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management
• French language skills are an asset
