Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Document and analyze business processes clearly




• Define project scope, risks, and constraints
• Facilitate approvals with executives and teams
• Maintain traceability from requirements through implementation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• 3+ years in Business Analysis
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, and SQL
