As a key member of our administration team, you'll collaborate with Accounting Assistants and an Accountant while handling payroll, accounts payable, and receivable. Your proactive approach will ensure that financial and operational needs are met efficiently while maintaining exact records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process semi-monthly payroll and maintain employee files
• Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions




• Complete account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare invoices and manage billing activities
• Support accounting tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:
• One year of education in payroll or accounting
• Experience with ADP and Sage preferred
• Familiarity with payroll processing is an asset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
