This role focuses on intensive, one-on-one coaching to facilitate positive employment pathways. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized coaching for job readiness and career development
• Maintain a caseload of 13-14 high-risk youth

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with marginalized youth

• Valid driver’s license with community travel willingness
