Penticton Regional Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Casual Staffing Services Scheduling Clerk to join their team in Penticton, B.C ! This is an in-office position that plays a key role in supporting staffing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services through effective scheduling and workforce coordination.

This position works days/evenings; 05:00 to 13:00, 12:00 to 20:00, 15:30 to 23:30, 07:00 to 15:00, 08:00 to 16:00, 05:00 to 10:00. Days Off: Rotating.

What Will You Work On?
Duties

Receives and processes requests for vacancy coverage to ensure staff compliment baselines are met;

Allocates and calls in relief staff to fill vacancies;

Receives and processes on-staff, payroll removal notices and change notices;

Reviews and audits timekeeping records;

Reviewing, calculating and editing on call and call back hours;

Data entry;

Reception and clerical duties.
