Join Lorpon Labels as a hands-on Flexographic Ink Technician, crucial to our pressroom operations. This role focuses on preparing inks, setting up jobs, and ensuring precise color management for production.

In this full-time role, you will take on the responsibility of supporting our narrow-web flexographic pressroom. Your skills in ink preparation and plate mounting will ensure that jobs are completed accurately and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential, as you will work closely with production team members to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review job tickets and production specs before setups
• Mix UV and water-based inks to customer standards
• Mount plates accurately using assigned equipment




• Manage job carts and track inventory accurately
• Maintain an organized and clean work workplace

Requirements:
• Minimum one year in flexographic printing or related experience
• Experience with colour-matching and spectrophotometers
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Robust attention to detail in job execution
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
