• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks
• Execute preventative checks and log details
• Maintain safety standards and building operability
• Support the fire safety program consistently
• Clear ice and snow during winter months

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret building codes
• WHMIS and Occupational Health certifications are assets
