A&W; CANADA is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager to lead a diverse team in a rapid-paced Canadian location. You will monitor labour and food costs, coach staff on service excellence, and ensure food safety standards are met while maintaining daily operations on the floor.
You'll spend time on the dining floor supporting employees, hiring and training, and collaborating with franchise leadership to meet targets and uphold A&W;'s guest experience.
