Join Medavie's Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Program as an Administrative Assistant. Provide essential administrative support and customer service while making a significant impact on public health initiatives.

This permanent role is designed for candidates with a pharmacy technician or medical administration background. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, managing communication with pharmacies, prescribers, and other stakeholders. Strong administrative and computer skills are essential, along with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. This hybrid position allows for flexibility, with the option to work from home up to three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as main contact for incoming inquiries
• Provide professional customer service and support




• Manage confidential information accurately
• Perform general administrative tasks efficiently
• Assist in program registrations and onboarding

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields
• 2-5 years of administrative support experience
• Robust computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Bilingualism is a plus, but not mandatory
