In this pivotal role, you'll lead the infant classroom and guide Assistant Educators to deliver exceptional care. You'll plan engaging, age-appropriate activities and manage each child's individual routines, emphasizing responsive caregiving and growth. Building strong relationships with families will also be key in supporting each child's development journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the infant classroom and oversee Assistant Educators
• Plan sensory exploration and movement experiences
• Provide relationship-based care tailored to each child




• Manage routines for feeding, diapering, and sleep
• Communicate regularly with families about child progress

Requirements:
• Alberta ECE Level 2 or Level 3 certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with infants required
• Experience leading a classroom or readiness to do so
• Strong understanding of infant development principles
• Warm and patient approach with children and families
