Elevate student experiences as an Administrative Assistant within Simon Fraser University's International Services for Students. Provide essential support and manage inquiries to enhance international education opportunities.

In this critical role at SFU, you will be the primary contact for inquiries from students, faculty, and the public. This includes managing admissions information and coordinating important meetings and events. Our department is dedicated to supporting international, newcomer, and refugee students, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries about SFU's international programs
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain confidential student records and office files




• Process documents and petty cash vouchers efficiently
• Support staff with various administrative tasks

Requirements:
• High school diploma with one year post-secondary education
• Three years' experience in administrative roles
• Good knowledge of university policies and programs
• Excellent intercultural communication skills
• Proficiency in MSOffice and desktop publishing software
