Reporting to the Manager of Guest Experiences, you will manage front desk operations, assist with housekeeping, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your leadership will be crucial in communicating standards and monitoring service across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct lodge operations for housekeeping and front desk
• Implement and enforce housekeeping standards and procedures
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively




• Collaborate with departments to ensure service quality
• Manage staffing, training, and performance reviews

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Robust customer service and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability for various shifts
