In this seasonal role, you will manage the daily operation of our chairlifts and prioritize guest satisfaction through friendly service. Strong communication and the ability to think quickly are essential traits for success in this position. Physical fitness will also be significant as you assist guests in loading onto the lift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate chairlifts following safety protocols
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct safety checks and document findings
• Manage loading ramps and signage effectively
• Assist in crowd management during peak times
Requirements:
• Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Ability to work outdoors in challenging weather
• Quick decision-making skills required
• Seasonal commitment from December through April
