Become a key player in our established ICI estimating team as a Construction Estimator. This full-time role emphasizes quantity take-offs, subcontractor analysis, and cooperative efforts.
We invite applications from Estimators with at least four years of experience within the ICI field. While healthcare and institutional project experience is a plus, a strong foundation in construction methods is critical. Candidates should be proficient in both estimating software and Microsoft Office to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute quantity take-offs and precise pricing
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
• Support bid submissions and tender closing processes
• Assist in budgeting and preconstruction phases




• Collaborate with estimating and project teams for success
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in construction estimating
• Exposure to healthcare or institutional projects is an asset
• Strong grasp of construction methods and materials
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
