We’re seeking a hands‑on Social Media Content Creator to produce high-volume, on‑brand creative assets that drive paid media performance, social growth, and customer retention. This role works directly with the Director of Marketing to translate strategy into engaging visuals and content across and licensed brands. Ideal candidates thrive in fast‑paced environments, manage multiple brands, and understand how creative drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities Paid Media Creative: Produce static, video, and UGC‑style assets for testing across Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, etc.; adapt concepts into multiple formats; ensure all creative meets brand and platform standards.
Social Media & Community: Manage posting, content calendars, moodboards, and visual storytelling; monitor engagement; flag trends and high‑performing content.
Email Marketing: Design templates and execute campaigns for retention, loyalty, and promotions; support personalization and creative testing.
Brand & Asset Management: Maintain organized creative libraries and ensure consistent brand guidelines across all assets.
Cross‑Functional Support: Collaborate with sales,



product, and operations; track workflows and report on creative output.
Key Qualifications Creative: Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere a plus), CapCut or similar.
Marketing/Productivity: Microsoft Office, Airtable, social media schedulers, email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon creative requirements, and asset/project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Google Drive).
Solid visual eye and attention to detail
Highly organized and process‑driven
Ability to execute quickly and manage multiple brands
Understanding of creative in performance marketing and testing frameworks
Trend‑aware and skilled in short‑form video (TikTok, Reels)
Familiarity with UGC, AI tools, and creative metrics
The salary range for this role is $50,000-$55,000. All applications are reviewed by real people — we do not use AI or automated screening tools in our recruitment process.
