Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic advice on labour relations issues
• Conduct investigations regarding misconduct and harassment
• Prepare for collective bargaining and develop proposals
• Liaise with management and union representatives
• Assist in implementing and monitoring Pay Equity Plans
Requirements:
• University degree in Labour Relations or related field
• CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
• Minimum five years in Human Resources or Labour Relations
• Experience in unionized public sector environments
• Robust negotiation and analytical problem-solving skills
