Dilawri Group is seeking a Parts Advisor to join its newly opening Kia Vaughan location in Ontario. This position requires strong automotive knowledge and customer-focused support as you assist with parts identification, sourcing, and sales. You'll contribute to a well-organized Parts Department and ensure smooth dealership operations from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting the right automotive parts
• Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability details
• Process orders via phone, email, and retail counter




• Source parts using catalogues and dealership software
• Maintain organized and accurate parts inventory

Requirements:
• Previous Parts Department experience preferred
• Strong automotive parts knowledge and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with driving experience
• Familiarity with dealer management systems a plus
