As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will leverage your analytical skills to assess mergers and acquisitions opportunities while working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders. Your contributions will include preparing confidential memorandums, conducting detailed analyses, and developing financial models. This role is essential in helping clients navigate the complexities of business transactions and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze deal rationale and key value drivers
• Prepare confidential information memorandums for clients
• Engage with stakeholders through M&A; discussions
• Develop project plans and coordinate logistics
• Conduct detailed financial analyses including EBITDA assessments
Requirements:
• CPA designation completed or in progress
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in public practice
• Strong technical accounting and GAAP knowledge
• Proven ability to interpret financial statements
• M&A; experience is a plus
