In this role, you will report to the Director of Care and ensure holistic quality care for residents. As an integral team member, you will follow established policies while maintaining residents' dignity and rights. This position emphasizes collaborative relationships and enhancing the organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow established care plans for resident support
• Provide personal care including bathing and dressing
• Respond promptly to call bells and alarms
• Observe and report on residents' progress and changes
• Aid with transferring residents using safety protocols

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Care Aide Program
• Active registration with BC Care Aide Registry
• Food Secure Level 1 Certificate preferred
• Prior long-term care experience an asset
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 25 lbs
