Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support management in daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help supervise staff, manage shipments, stock shelves, and maintain a safe, organized store environment.
The role requires about one year in retail with at least one year in a supervisory role, plus flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts. Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities are valued to support a quick-paced team.
