Role Overview
We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious Skid Steer Operators to explicit snow from commercial properties and parking lots across Kelowna and West Kelowna this winter season.

We operate a late-model fleet equipped with enclosed, fully heated cabs and 2-speed machines to keep you warm, comfortable, and operating efficiently in all winter conditions.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $30.00 / hour.

Maximized Hours: Medium-to-large route assignments designed to ensure maximum billable hours during every snowfall event.

Dedicated Support: 8 dedicated Zone Leaders are assigned across our operational regions to assist on-site, manage route flow,



and support operators during major events.

Modern Fleet: Well-maintained, late-model skid steers with enclosed cabs, heat, and 2-speed capabilities.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to on-call dispatch for snow and ice events (day, night, and weekend shifts).

Safely and efficiently clear snow on assigned commercial job sites according to site maps.

Perform pre-shift and post-shift machine inspections.

Communicate effectively with your designated Zone Leader during operations.

Requirements

Driver's License: Valid Class 5 driver's license with reliable transportation to staging sites.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of skid steer operation preferred (snow clearing experience is an asset).

Availability: On-call availability to respond promptly to weather events from November through March.

Work Ethic: Strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and independent, quality workmanship.
