The Role

As a Manager in our Insolvency & Restructuring practice, no two weeks will ever look the same.

You may find yourself:

Advising lenders on distressed borrower situations

Helping business owners navigate financial challenges

Managing corporate bankruptcies, proposals, receiverships, and restructuring mandates

Working alongside lawyers, bankers, investors, and senior executives

Investigating financial matters and uncovering critical insights

Leading client engagements from planning through execution

Mentoring and developing the next generation of professionals

Contributing to business development and strengthening client relationships

As Manager, you will:

Lead a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring engagements

Manage engagement teams and oversee file execution

Review analyses, reports, and court materials

Develop and maintain strong client and referral relationships

Work directly with lenders, legal counsel, business owners, and other stakeholders

Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic solutions in complex situations

Coach and mentor staff and senior team members

Support practice growth through business development initiatives

Contribute to the continued success and reputation of our Insolvency & Restructuring practice

What You Will Bring

Ideal candidates will possess:

Desire to pursue the CIRP & LIT designations (no prior insolvency experience is needed)

Progressive experience accounting, advisory, audit, or related professional services

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Demonstrated leadership potential

A client-focused and entrepreneurial mindset
