Key Responsibilities:
• Create six pediatric cardiac surgery simulation scenarios
• Ensure completion of development by November 2026
• Develop learner evaluation rubrics and assessment tools




• Organize and maintain curriculum materials in MichBrite
• Test and troubleshoot simulations using the Califia simulator
Requirements:
• Pediatric perfusionist certification in Canada or the USA
• Experience in pediatric cardiac surgery and simulation-based education
• Knowledge of assessment and debriefing methodologies
• Background in interprofessional healthcare education
• Robust collaboration and communication capabilities
