THE ROLE: Our client is seeking a CPA-designated accounting professional to lead a Record-to-Report team within a dynamic shared services environment.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will oversee financial close and reporting activities, provide guidance to a team of accountants, and support technical accounting and business initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys driving accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement across finance operations Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four accounting professionals Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, lead schedules, and variance analyses Support internal and external audit requirements and compliance activities Collaborate with FP& A, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Corporate Development,



and other business partners on reporting and strategic initiatives Assist with accounting treatment for complex and non-routine transactions in accordance with IFRS Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen financial reporting practices within a changing business environment ABOUT YOU: You are a designated CPA with a strong foundation in financial reporting, technical accounting, and team leadership.
