Embark on a rewarding journey as an Adventure Guide with Williamsburg Adventures, supporting outdoor and leadership activities for grades 6-12. Engage students through hiking, skiing, and meaningful discussions.

As an Adventure Guide, you will work closely with leaders to create transformative learning experiences. This position involves facilitating programs that earn students PE and elective credits through hands-on activities. You will also participate in training, oversee safety, and represent Williamsburg Learning positively in your community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate student discussions before and after activities
• Assist during 10 Adventure Fridays throughout the semester
• Engage in outdoor activities like hiking and skiing




• Ensure student safety from drop-off to pick-up
• Support setup and cleanup for each adventure

Requirements:
• At least 18 years old with post-high school experience
• Current First Aid & CPR certification preferred
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor youth in a positive way
• Experience with technology platforms like Google Suite
