We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant to support our Long Term Care client. This role involves facilitating group and individual exercises, documenting resident progress, and assisting with mobility to enhance their quality of life. Adaptability and excellent communication skills are key in this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with group and one-on-one exercises for residents
• Encourage residents to achieve treatment goals
• Document treatments and progress as instructed
• Help residents with walking, sitting, and transferring
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Physiotherapy Assistant program
• Robust multi-tasking abilities and composure under pressure
• Good communication skills with elderly residents
• Experience in Long Term Care facilities is a plus
• Valid police check for Vulnerable Sector and TB test
