As an Outreach Support Mentor, you will engage directly with participants in the Westman Services program. Collaborating with the Drop-in Coordinator and clinical teams, you’ll ensure that all program requirements are met consistently. Your role will involve program planning, monitoring activities, and limited program administration while upholding workplace safety and operational practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to program participants in outreach services
• Collaborate with outreach team members and clinical staff




• Plan and monitor participant activities related to their program
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders involved
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and operational practices

Requirements:
• Previous outreach experience required
• Minimum two years supporting individuals with disabilities
• Completion of required background checks
• Certification in First Aid Level 1
• Reliable vehicle and appropriate insurance
